In the deep forests of Skåne, southern Sweden, a small cabin awaits – and with it, a unique invitation. We are giving away three stays, free of charge, to those who long for peace and stillness. The only condition: you must keep the noise down.
This is not a game of rules for the sake of rules. It is a way of protecting what makes the experience precious. A sound meter quietly ensures the cabin remains a place of silence – and if the threshold is exceeded, guests will be kindly asked to leave the following morning.
Why? Because silence is healing. When the noise fades, you can finally hear what really matters: the whisper of wind through the trees, birdsong at dawn, the rhythm of water against the shore. In this stillness, stress melts away, focus returns, and the body finds its natural calm.
Applications are open between October 6 and 11 via Visit Skåne’s official Instagram account. At the end of October 2025, the first guests will step into the cabin – and into the quietude of Skåne’s nature.
