Rörumsro Frukt & Must

Rörumsro is a small-scale producer making beautiful drinks in lovely Österlen, east Skåne. It still operates as it did since it opened in the 1950s, producing different flavours of must from 20 different sorts of apples from trees that were planted at the beginning. They produce new varieties and blends every season. Their must keeps for a year if kept in a dark, cool place. But enjoy its goodness within a week of opening the bottle. Try a must tasting session and discover which drinks to serve to different dishes.

Vånga must

Vångamust is a family-owned company producing apple must according to strict ecological principles on the slopes of Vångaberget close to lake Ivösjön, eastern Skåne. Made from pure, hand-picked apples, the must is made from different varieties such as Alice, Aroma, Ingrid Marie, Rubinola, Cox Orange and Kim. The must is pure apple in a bottle. 1 kg of apples provides about 75 cl of must. Nothing is removed, nothing added.
