Byvägen 35

Byvägen 35 is an organic home bakery & café with stone oven-baked sourdough bread and delicious sweets. Based in Österlen, eastern Skåne, this café produces everything from the basic ingredients with a sense of taste, quality and respect for the craft of baking and making. Enjoy a great breakfast buffet or vegetarian lunch from 12 noon – until the food runs out. 

Mineral

This restaurant in Malmö offers a plant-based menu that changes according to season and what produce is available. At Mineral they explore what you can do with ingredients from the plant kingdom in a playful way and try to challenge the norm regarding food and drink. Mineral also offers a hand-picked selection of natural wines, local cider and Scandinavian beer. It’s a place to eat well, or simply hang out with friends in a pleasant atmosphere.

Taste celebration

Taste Celebration is more than a restaurant, it’s a treasure trove of vegetarian delights. Enjoy a Swedish fika with something sweet, drink a glass of fine wine or have a fancy green five-course dinner with the best of the season’s ingredients. Their passion for food goes beyond green and includes vegan, gluten and lactose-free. And of course, really good coffee enjoyed with a lovely view. Their residence is in eastern Skåne. 

Jord 

This small vegan café and coffee bar serves all-day breakfast and a host of great-tasting foods. Try their seasonal menu that includes different kinds of porridge, toast and cakes, scones and hummus bowls. Enjoy fine vegan produce with great quality coffee and a range of musts (fruit juices) from Helsingborg-based Rescued Fruits.

Jord & Bord 

Jord & Bord, "earth & table", is an award-winning vegetarian restaurant with its own kitchen garden that supplies ingredients to its restaurant, then sells any surplus products. This means they offer food that is as locally grown as it can be. Their ambition is to grow, cook and share a passion for healthy, delicious food – all according to organic principles and without any chemicals or pesticides. The restaurant is in the village of Örnahusen, south-east Skåne.

Sajvva

Sájvva is a small, family-owned restaurant in Malmö that serves delicious vegetarian and vegan food with inspiration from different parts of the world. Specializing in fusion cooking they want to unite heat, flavours and colours based on food culture from different countries to create comfort food for everyone. Their dishes are presented in a new, modern and innovative way – all are vegetarian and almost all are vegan. Most dishes are also gluten-free except for soy sauce.

Minù

Formerly Cashew Vegan Kitchen, Minù is run by sisters Aidah Samphani and Lamyai Vozzi. Enjoy handmade vegan pastries, great, tasting coffee, or stock up on catering for your party. Minù creates a taste explosion in a small format from a vegan bakery in the university city of Lund. Delicious and artistic pastries at its best.
