Notes from the sound guy: 

A beautiful little lake a few miles from Ystad. Walk around it on a hiking trail, and decide how many laps you want to do. It’s relaxing, calm and fairly uneventful. Just the way I like it. The rest area is pleasantly located with a view of the lake (a small road passes nearby, but don't worry, it's probably the least busy road in Skåne). 

Some people think it’s super cool that the director Jan Troell recorded his Oscar -nominated film about American emigrants on Lake Krageholm. Others couldn’t care less.

My favourite sound in the recording: The blackbirds heard throughout the recording.
