Notes from the sound guy:

The Skåneleden trail tiptoes over the border and now I find myself in another landscape, Halland. I immediately long back for Skåne, but a mighty stone formation intrigues me. A word comes to mind – TROLL – and I suddenly remember what I once read about this place.

It's said to be the home of the giant Snibe. Snibe stacked the stones and shaped them into a cave for himself and his wife. Somewhere down the road the troll became irritated and started throwing rocks, for some reason.

Some say it was the ringing of the local church bells that set him off. Another theory, my own, mentions the lack of a proper IKEA cave collection. Either way, there are rocks everywhere.

My favourite sound in the recording: That mysterious noise at 34 minutes and 45 seconds that scared the birds off. Thanks, Snibe!
